Today, Britney Spears released the music video for her latest #1 smash hit, “3.” After an aggressive and suspenseful promotion on Spears’ Twitter page, I think the hype far surpassed the actual video. Spears is smokin’, of course, but that’s about as hot as the video gets. No plot line, mediocre dance routines…. the only video that’s worse than this is “Do Something,” which Spears directed herself and has never been released to the public. Disappointing video for an otherwise great song.
P.S. By the way… what’s with the change of lyrics? They changed “living in sin is the new thing…” to “living in this is the new thing.” Really? That was so offensive it warranted a change?
