Nine years ago today, No Doubt released Rock Steady, their fifth studio album. The album spawned four singles: “Hey Baby,” “Hella Good,” “Underneath it All,” and “Running.” The band racked-up two consecutive wins at the 45th and 46th Grammy Awards for “Best Pop Performance by a Duo or Group With Vocal” for “Hey Baby” and “Underneath it All.” This was the last CD that I received as a Christmas gift. It’s been all iTunes gift cards since then.
